Trời se lạnh, ăn 1 chén cơm nóng hổi với món gan heo xào hành boa rô thật là tuyệt. Gan chín bùi béo, quyện cùng hương hành thơm đặc trưng. Chỉ cần nếm thử 1 lần là bạn sẽ bị chinh phục ngay.
Bắt đầu bằng cách thêm 3 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo và đun nóng trên lửa cao. Khi dầu nóng, chiên 3 tép tỏi thái nhỏ trong khoảng 30 giây, sau đó thêm vào 200g gan heo thái lát mỏng (đã làm sạch). Chiên gan heo khoảng nửa phút rồi nêm 1/2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng canh dầu hào và 1 muỗng cà phê đường. Trộn nước sốt với gan, sau đó thêm 5 nấm hương thái lát và xào thêm một phút nữa.
Cuối cùng thêm vào hành boa rô thái lát, trộn với gan và thêm một chút nước. Xào trong vài phút cuối cùng cho đến khi hành boa rô mềm thì tắt bếp.
