Trộn đều 1 muỗng canh nước mắm với 1/2 muỗng canh giấm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng cà phê ớt bột và 1 thìa canh nước sôi hoà cho tan. Tiếp theo, cho phần nước mắm vào chảo và đun đến khi hỗn hợp nước mắm sốt chua cay mặn ngọt sệt lại là được.
Cắt nhỏ thịt ức gà, bày trí ra đĩa, rưới lên nước sốt vừa đun và có thể măm măm với cơm nóng rồi nhé!
